The General Assembly (GA) is the highest governing body of the organization. It meets annually to provide overall institutional policy guidelines, review and approve the organization’s annual financial plan and audit reports and appoint the external auditor each year.

Membership on the Board of Directors is voluntary and elected from among the organization’s general members for a three-year term. The Board is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient implementation of the policy directives approved by the GA, overseeing the overall operation and management of the organisation, and appointing and supervising the Executive Director.
